Muffler High Performance This is original factory High Performance muffler, If you add this muffler and remove your headgasket and add my thin head gasket,and add my 15 tooth clutch sprocket you will add 1-3 Horsepower to your snorunner.Snorunners start at 7HP this will take it to 8-10HP. You will also increase your top speed. I only have a couple of these left. This will be either new or used one. Make sure you check your muffler to see if it is the HP model by looking at the hole where the smoke comes out ( if it has just one hole it is HP if it has many small holes it is regular). Head Gasket High Performance You get one .032" thin Head Gasket which will increase the compression on the engine and give you more power and speed. Most stock snorunner engine came with two head gaskets so remove them and install this for more power. Clutch 3.5" 15 Tooth High Performance This is a original new High Performance 15 tooth clutch housing and weights. If you change your head gasket to the thin one and put this clutch and the highperformance muffler it will add 1-2 horsepower to your sled. This clutch will make your snorunner take off faster and give it more topspeed, because the engine doesn't have the power to run top rpms with the stock 17tooth clutch. This clutch comes with the outside housing pictured and the cage bearing and the clutch weights with springs, one complete clutch system. Alot of snorunners have the clutch worn out on them or a bad bearing. Connecting Rod You get one used or new connecting rod with cap and two screws. It may come with the piston pin bearing or not (usually it will come with pin bearing). This does not come with the crankshaft connecting rod bearing. When you remove the connecting rod cap make sure you have a magnet sitting under it to catch the 28 needle bearings that will fall when you release the cap. When installing the rod make sure the dimple that sticks out on one side is pointing out to the recoil side of engine and make sure the piston ring end gap pins are also pointing out toward the recoil side of engine. When reinstalling cap use grease to hold in the 28 pin bearings on rod and cap. Use locktite on allen screws. Coil engine This is a orginal factory new engine coil. This is what gives your engine spark, If your engine has a weak or no spark this takes care of the problem. This is the only part to the spark system there is no points or any other parts to the spark system. To check if your coil is dead remove the little plastic cover that covers the coil, Then disconnect the white wire from the coil ( This elimenates the whole wiring system thereby bypassing any problems that you might have with your wiring system) Then remove the spark plug and keep the plug attached to the coil wire, Hold the threads of the plug against the aluminum head cover and pull the engine over ( Make sure your engine is turning counter clockwise when your on the recoil side of engine, Some people rewind the recoil the wrong direction then the engine spins the wrong way and there will be no spark. ALso check the gap between the flywheel and coil, this gap should be as close as possible with out touching the magnet on the outside edge of flywheel) IF you still don't get a spark then you need to replace the coil. Also remember if your plug wire comes out of coil you can screw it back in, There is a screw inside coil wire hole so you can unscrew the wire if needed or attach a new wire if needed. Engine coils can go out at any given time. Carburetor Rebuild Kit This is a new carburetor rebuild kit with instructions and trouble shooting information. This kit comes with all gaskets and needle and seat with No stick needle valve kit, which the original ones didn't come with. This makes it easy to start. 1-2 pulls usually. The original carbs on the snorunner had a problem where the needle gets stuck shut or open pouring fuel into the engine. This kit fixes that problem. Fuel Line Kit disconnect You get the intank filter, Intank Fueline,Male disconnect, Female Disconnect, Fuel line to carb. All New parts. When a snorunner sits around for years with out being run the gasoline in the tank and fuel lines turns into brown crud which causes the disconnect to become plugged and also the fuel filter which is inside the gas tank to become ruined. The fuel lines also get brittle. If you need to clean out your fuel tank remove the fuel line and filter from tank then dump a gallon of MEK into it ( you can buy MEK at ace hardware Make sure you don't smoke around it and also do this outside) then dump a container of BB's from a BB gun into the fuel tank, Let the MEK sit for a day, Then rock the tank back and forth so the BB's break up the hard stuff in the tank. Then dump out the BB's and MEK. It work real well. IF you break off the Male disconnect fitting on the bottom of the tank you can buy a Bolt extractor and drill the hole in the broken threaded piece a little bigger then hammer in the bolt extractor and most of the time it will come out, If not buy a 1/8" Pipe tap and drill it out to the size written on the tap and retap the hole.
