1. Add a memo field and keep it up to date with a formatted list.

2. Insert a line at the top during generation which contains 1 period or other small character.

3. Use it in the report sub query.

You have to look closely to notice the period in the pdf but it serves to overcome the fact that the memo will overprint the existing line.
