          Dear Cary:

          Per  our conversation,  I  am  enclosing a  swatch  of our  newly
          developed  carbon  polyester blend.    The specifications  are as
          follows:

          Fiber Content:                90%  40   denier  bright   trilobal
          polyester
                                   10%  20/6   Type  B31   Kanebo  Belltron
          Carbon/Polyester

          Weight (*after finishing):         4.8 oz/linear yard
                                   2.9 oz/square yard

          Width:                   60"

          Minimum:                 4,500 yards per knit run
                                   1,500 yards per color

          Contruction:                  40 cut non run interlock

          Delivery:                Approximately 4 weeks  from 'delivery of
          Belltron'

          Price:                        Approximately $3.40/linear yard


          The  delivery  and  minimums  compare  very favorably  to  tricot
          products.  We are flexible on the minimums for your opening trial
          order.

          The  fabric construction  is  called  'non run'  but  that is  an
          overstatement. It will run under  extreme conditions but it  will
          perform as well as tricot during and after lamination.

          We can vary the percentage content of carbon for whatever reason.
