Ricky-

I went over the front guide bar and adjusted all guides.

Front guide bar is still cutting out front ends after it runs awhile.

Adjust bar and start it up.  RUn a little while and adjust again.  Continue until it warms up.  Watch for pinholes and adjust.

You might want to try a different front pattern wheel.  There are a couple of steps that are worse than others.
