Instructions for Warper #1 Running 20/7 Brt Nylon

1. Check beams at beginning of beam.  Do not use warped beams.  Watch selvages!
2. At the beginning of each beam, clean reed closest to eyeboard with air.  Clean reed at warper head with brush while holding the ends down.  Make sure no ends are caught before you start up.  Turn off the static bar to avoid shocks.
3. At the beginning of each beam, rotate all rods 1/2 turn and wipe off the resin with a rag.
4. Halfway through each beam, rotate the rods again and wipe resin off.
5. Use blue plastic to wrap the beams. Remove any old stickers on the wrapper.
6. When an end breaks at the eye, clean out the eye.
7. Remove crossed ends as you find them.
8. B shift only- Lift the yarn sheet off the yarn inspector with the padded pole and wipe down the yarn inspector rails with a rag.
