We are warping up all the 40 dull polyesters small lots to make some whites only beams following the 15/1 sd poly on warper #3.

Yarns should be run in the following order to flush out the previous yarn:

40/34 Dull Olympic
40/30 Dull Kosa
40/24 Dull Sans
40/20 Dull Sans
40/17 Dull Olympic


Wei should evaluate our needs and run the sets wherever feasible.


Claudio needs to wipe out the inventories as the yarns are warped down.

Ron Hill needs to make sure that the yarns used on each beam are indicated on the Beam Quality Report and, if possible, the approximate percentages.
