8-2-05 RE: Marshall Jones Marshall: I had requested through your supervisor, Buddy, that you keep a log of your knitting element repairs and turn it in to me on payday when you come for your check. You turned it in the first payday but did not turn it in on the next pay day. I asked you about it at that time and you said you did not know that I wanted it every payday. I told you that I did and you said ok. You have not turned in your log at all since that first time. Last pay day when I asked you about it you said, "I didn't think nothing of it". I mentioned that to Buddy and he said he would take it up with you. Buddy left me a note saying that he told you about it and "you didn't seem to care". By your actions and words you are making it clear that you do not care about whether you work here or not. If that's the case, you should go ahead and quit rather than try to put it off on the company. If you do care about keeping your job, then turn in the log like I asked. If you don't, you're going to get fired. Claude Simon
