6-16-05  Observed Kim chatting with Yoland while Yolanda worked. Sent her home for the day.
6-17-05 Told Kim that my observation was that she did not apply herself to the job.  That she did not do the job after all this time.  That when she was clocked in she was working.  She argued some but I told her that if she wanted, we could let someone else decide and she said no, she wanted to work.
