6-17-05 Asked Buddy to go over front bar on #20. Set it level and adjust guides. Left me a note said he "pliered over both bars. Very late when finished". Not as instructed. Asked Buddy to get yarn coming off of bottom of #14 straight coming off beam and evaluate yarn. Not done. No note. The job on #20 is not right. The guides are not adjusted correctly. #14 has yarn rubbing on beam and catching on top bar. Bottom bar is rubbing on flanges. #20 He came down and said that he set both bars and they were fine last night. He said he turned the machine over and the bars were not scrubbing. He said the guides were losing their temper. He said it was too hot and the bars must have moved. Gave him instructions to set front to 3/4 hole and just straighten the left side of the machine up. 6-18-05 Buddy redid back bar and front on #20. Looks ok. 8-17-05 Questioned Buddy about why Marshall was doing a job a certain way. He talked to Marshall and came back and offered an unsatisfactory explanation and walked away. I came back and brought him in the office. I told him in a firm way that I had shown him all the respect to which he is entitled but if he was going to walk away from me when we were talking then we were going to have trouble... He interrupted me, stood up, raised his finger and told me, "don't raise your damn voice to me.". I told him he could leave and he did. Terminated.
