To All Employees:

Please note you will receive up to 3 checks:

1. Regular Payroll check THROUGH 12/14.  When you come back there will be only 1 day's pay due to you for Friday 12/15.

2. Holiday Bonus check.  This year, generally 2 days pay UNLESS you were on extended leave during the year.

3. Reliability Bonus Check.  FOR ATTENDANCE REGARDLESS OF REASONS. Maximum is 2 day's pay.  Minimum is 0.  Not eligible if not employed during the entire previous 6 months.
