Redemption
Your
satisfaction is our number one priority! We take great pride in the
quality of our brands and we strive to provide only the finest quality
items for your selection. If you are dissatisfied with an item for any
reason, please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days. In most
cases, we will gladly accept a return and credit your account or
exchange the item for you. In order to provide the best customer service
experience, all returns should be authorized by a Customer Service
Specialist by calling 800-330-7800 from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST.
Monday through Friday. Some exclusions may apply and certain items are
not eligible for return. See list of non-returnable items listed
below**.
Be sure to inspect all packages upon delivery and
before signing any delivery receipt when one is required. Damaged
packages should be refused at time of delivery whenever possible. A
signature certifies that the contents received are free and clear of
damage. All damages must be reported to Award HQ within 3 business days
of delivery.
You may return most items purchased at your own
cost within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. For a return
authorization, please call Award HQ at 1-800-330-7800. Customer service
specialists are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern
Time.
Non-defective items may be returned if they have not been
altered or damaged and must be in their original packaging including all
original parts (accessories, cables, manual, etc.). You will receive
instructions for your return and be provided with a Return Authorization
number within 2 business days of your request.
**We cannot accept returns of certain items, including but not limited to:
- Any item that is gas powered or contains hazardous or flammable gas/liquid
- Televisions/monitors over 40”
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Mattresses & household furnishings
- Jewelry and premium watches (ie: Rolex, Tag Heuer)
- Gift cards, virtual award codes, travel certificates, vouchers and airline miles
- Food or other perishable items
- Any opened book, CD, DVD, software or video game
- Computers, tablets (i.e. iPad, Galaxy), notebooks, ultrabooks and MP3 players (i.e. iPod, Fuse)
Televisions, major appliances, and merchandise items that have been
assembled by the customer may not be returned or exchanged unless proven
to be damaged or defective. No exchanges may be made after 30 days of
delivery.
Credit Card Transactions
All credit card
transactions that occur on the website will appear on credit card
statements as "All Star Incentive" as the merchant who is also doing
business as "All Star Incentive Marketing".
User's Remedy
If
you become dissatisfied with this Site or with any notices, terms,
conditions, policies or practices of ASIM, its customers and suppliers
and their affiliates and subsidiaries in operating the Site, your sole
remedy is to discontinue using this Site. If a product offered on this
Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused
condition.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ASIM, ITS CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
AND THEIR AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, COMPENSATORY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF BUSINESS
PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INFORMATION,
LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES OR FOR ANY
DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR
OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE LOSS, DAMAGE, CLAIM
OR LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LEGAL NOTICE,
ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY LINKED SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL
THE LIABILITY OF ASIM, ITS CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS AND THEIR AFFILIATES
AND SUBSIDIARIES FOR DIRECT DAMAGES EXCEED THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED US
DOLLARS (US$100), REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, IN TORT, CONTRACT
OR OTHERWISE. TO THE EXTENT THAT SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW
EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON SOME CATEGORIES OF DAMAGES, THESE
EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnity
YOU
AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ASIM, ITS CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS AND THEIR
AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL
CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, DEMANDS, LOSSES OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING ALL
LEGAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF THIS LEGAL NOTICE OR THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN.

This Legal
Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions of the Program, any
and all other notices, policies and statements contained on the Site
(as the same may be amended by ASIM from time to time without prior
notice) constitute the entire agreement between ASIM and you. This Legal
Notice cannot be modified except as described elsewhere herein. This
Legal Notice supersedes anything in the Site inconsistent with this
Legal Notice. No waiver of any of this Legal Notice shall be deemed a
further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term
or condition. If in any jurisdiction, any part of this Legal Notice is
held to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such part
of this Legal Notice shall be restricted or eliminated to the minimum
extent necessary and the remaining Legal Notice shall otherwise remain
