Many companies have taken advantage of the cost of manufacturing in foreign companies.  In effect, they have circumvented the laws of the United States which protect its labor force, environment and fellow citizens while still enjoying the luxuries of freedom for the purpose of maximizing profit.

It should be the stated policy of the United States government that companies that circumvent the laws of the United States while continuing to enjoy its freedoms and civility be relegated to a zero sum game in which their gain is taxed into oblivion.
