There was an underground oil tank for heating oil at 6 Edwards Lane prior to 2014.

I had it legally and officially terminated, replacing it with an above ground tank in the basement.

The underground tank was not removed but rather filled with sand in accordance with regulations.

There is a legal certificate of termination herein from Nassau County.

The tank was checked for leakage at the time of termination and there was none.
