Bed linens in master bedroom are all clean. Just leave them on when you leave.

I'm leaving you another FOB to get in so you can put the lockbox one back in case of a lockout.

Washer Dryer in the closet in the kitchen.

All the tv's are ROKU so use the ROKU remotes.  Amazon Prime and Netflix are active subscriptions. Tubee is great and free.

You need the Sonos app for the audio system. Not sure how that works.

If for some reason, you have an emergency and can't get me, you can try any of the other residents. They will be happy to help.  Nikki on 5 is a good friend. 1 917 594 9850.

If for some reason, you get stuck in the elevator, please call me before you hit the emergency button or the help button, unless you are in trouble or panicking.

The refuse room is in the cellar (C).  Turn right off the elevator, 2nd door on left. We do not have to recycle or separate trash.  Long story........NYC...NYPD...NYC DEPT OF SANITATION.

You are welcome to use the balconies.  To lock, close door, left handle AND turn the deadbolt.  If you don't turn the deadbolt, the door is not locked.

I have a very helpful nice respectful super on the payroll who lives in the neighborhood.  Tom 347-813-1103.  Claudio is on 56th street too 201-396-6819

RESTAURANTS
Sunac on 11th and 42nd is a huge convenience grocer.
Across the street in the middle of the block is a good regular old breakfast place.
Ollies is the best Chinese nearby on 42nd between 9th and 10th.
When I had money, I was a regular at Marseilles on 9th and 44th.
Food Emporium on 42nd betwen 9th and 10th.
Tavola on 9th and about 39th is good.
