This Indenture made this First day of August in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight Between Henry J Buschell of the City of New York and Mary Jane, his wife, party of the first part and Francis Dohrmond of the sampe place party of the second part.Witnesseth that the said party of the first partfor and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United States of America
