18'x100'x6= 10,800 Buildable Sq Feet

She said a recent sale on E48th for a development site went for:

$1000/sq ft for the building itself ("the brick") PLUS
$500/sq ft for the BSF

For 336 this would mean:

3.4 million for the building
5.4 million for the BSF
8.8 million total

Somehow I think its high.
